Audit Results Overview

An overview of the Audit Results page — what you can see, how to navigate it, and how to filter and find specific audits.

The Audit Results page is where you can see all of your completed audits in one place. From here you can review scores, check status, apply filters, and open individual audits for review.

To get there: go to Audits > Audit Results in the left navigation.

Understanding your results

Each row represents one audit. The columns show:

  • Audit Date — the date the audit was completed

  • Client — the client associated with the audit

  • Code — the session or billing code

  • Date of Service — the date the session took place

  • Provider — the provider associated with the session

  • BCBA (when applicable) — the BCBA associated with the session

  • Start Time — the session start time

  • End Time — the session end time

  • Score — the audit score as a percentage, reflecting how many questions passed

  • Flags — any labels applied to the audit, including Pass or Failed status

  • Owner — the team member who last reviewed the audit

  • Status — whether the audit has been reviewed or is still unreviewed

Click any row to open that audit and view it in detail.

Filtering your results

There are two ways to filter what you see on this page:

Saved views — the tabs at the top of the page are saved filters that apply a preset view. Click any tab to switch to that view. You can create your own using the + button. See How to Create a Saved Filter for instructions.

Ad-hoc filters — click the filter icon at the top right to open the Filter audits panel. You can filter by:

  • Question Set and specific Question

  • Audit Date

  • Score Range

  • Review Status

  • Reviewed By

  • Audit Flags

  • Patient or Provider

  • Date of Service

Once you've set your filters, click Apply filters. To reset, click Clear filters.
