Instant/Scheduled Emails

Q. How do I set up scheduled emails?

A. Navigate to Emails -> Email Schedules -> +. This will open up a screen with information to fill out, including note template, the generation schedule, and dynamic fields to fill in. Make sure that all providers are linked – this is how we will pull them into emails, and that you have a email template set up (Emails -> Email Templates) with all necessary information. Q. How do I edit the template for my instant/scheduled emails?

A. Navigate to Emails -> Email Templates -> Edit Email -> Edit Body and Save. For more detailed information, refer to this article.

Q. How can I customize the feedback my providers get from a question?

A. In your email template, make sure that you are using the field @audit_responses_with_remediations
