Trend Data Overview:
Trend data is a useful tool for QA and leadership teams alike to gain valuable insights about how their organization is performing over time. All data is displayed in real time as new audits are being created, and we offer a comprehensive set of filters and groupings to gather the data that matters most for you.
Getting Started:
To view your trend data, navigate to your Analytics tab and select Trend Data
By default we will present you with real time, all-time data view across your providers for a specific question set. This can be a great way to see how your providers are performing over time as an individual, as well as your overall average across all
providers
You're also able to get a deeper understanding of how your providers are performing across individual session notes. Click directly on the date to bring yourself to the corresponding Brellium audit
Filters:
Having an overview of the entire organization is useful, but have a more targeted report generated may be what you're looking for. Similarly to your audit results, you can filter on many of the data points we find within your session notes.
For example, you may want to generate a Q1 report for a specific client to check in on the quality of care they are receiving. You can select the audit date start/end time as well as the client you're reviewing documentation for and we can generate a report for all documentation within the criteria selected:
Month over Month Report:
We've also recently added the ability to generate your own MoM reports across your providers. This can be displayed as an overall average, as well as an average across specific questions within your question set
This is especially valuable for any QA teams looking to see consistent growth in billing/clinical quality over time. Some customers have voiced their ability to negotiate better rates from their payors presenting this data to show their efforts to improve clinical quality!
Advanced Analytics:
Advanced Analytics is a premium opt-in feature that allows your team to dictate the data structure you're presented with, as well as custom reports that your team would find useful. If you're interested in hearing more about the Advanced Analytics feature, please reach out to your account manager
