  1. Month-over-Month Criteria Performance (Last 12/6/3 Months)

Purpose: Spot trends in compliance for specific criteria (e.g., medication reconciliation, risk assessment, documentation completeness).

View Filters:

X-axis: Month

Y-axis: Average score per question

Grouped by: Criteria

Use Case: Identify which criteria are improving/declining

How to view:

  1. First, select ‘filters’ in the top left hand corner and select the specified date range, then apply filters to view results from the last 3/6/12 months

  2. Select the monthly view calendar icon to see scores segmented over time

  3. Select the ‘question set’ to see results for a given type of service and ‘group by’ to show the Y-axis as provider, memberID or any other specified groups

  4. Go to ‘statistic’ and then select a given question. You can flip between questions to compare providers results across audit criteria. For example, if safety plan creation was a company wide focus over the last quarter, you can select this question as a statistic to review progress.

2. Month-over-Month Provider Performance (Last 12/6/3 Months)

Purpose: Evaluate individual psychiatrist performance and detect any drops in consistency.

View Filters:

X-axis: Month

Y-axis: Average score

Grouped by: Provider

Use Case: Early intervention for providers trending down in performance.

How to view:

  1. First, select ‘filters’ in the top left hand corner and select the specified date range, then apply filters to view results from the last 3/6/12 months

  2. Select the monthly view calendar icon to see scores segmented over time

  3. Select the ‘question set’ to see results for a given type of service and ‘group by’ to show the Y-axis as provider, memberID or any other specified groups

  4. Go to ‘statistic’ and then select average to see an overview of provider/members scores trending over time.

3. Criteria Score by Employment Type (Last Quarter)

Purpose: Compare W2 vs. 1099 employee compliance performance.

View Filters:

X-axis: Compliance criteria

Y-axis: Average score

Grouped by: Employment type

Timeframe: Last quarter

Use Case: Determine if there’s a need to tailor training by employment status.

How to view:

  1. First, create a ‘saved filter’ by selecting the plus button beside ‘select saved filter’ in the top left hand corner and filter by all of the providers in your 10-99 segment of practice. If this is segmented by ‘Supervisor’ you can filter on this field instead. Title the saved filter '10-99 Psychiatry’ and save it for the entire organization (if you want all to be able to access this) or just user if you’d like to be the only one who can access this saved filter.

  2. Once completed, you can replicate this same saved view for W2 employees but with a different set of filters.

  3. Select the ‘question set’ to see results for a given type of service and ‘group by’ to show the Y-axis as provider, memberID or any other specified groups.

4. Month-over-Month Critical Errors (Last 12/6/3 Months)

Purpose: Spot trends in compliance for specific criteria (e.g., medication reconciliation, risk assessment, documentation completeness).

Filter: Critical error questions

Use Case: Identify which criteria are improving/declining

  3. Select the ‘question set’ to see results for a given type of service and ‘group by’ to show the Y-axis as provider, memberID or any other specified groups

  4. Go to ‘statistic’ and then select a given question. Select only the questions which are set to ‘Critical’ severity, which you can see in the Question Studio
