How to Create a Saved Filter

A guide for creating a saved filter in Brellium

Saved filters make it easy to apply frequently used filter settings, improving audit review efficiency and ease of use.

Follow the steps below to create a saved filter:

Open the Audit Results page and select the “+” symbol near the top of the page.

Name your filter:

  • Choose a clear, descriptive name that helps you distinguish it from other saved filters.

Select the filter level:

  • User – The filter will be saved to your account only.

  • Organization – The filter will be saved and shared across your organization.

Choose the filter criteria you’d like to include.

  • Multiple options can be selected from the "Filter Options" list.

Save your filter by selecting “Save Changes.”

  • Once saved, you can easily apply a filter:

    • Select “Select Saved Filter”.

    • A list of your saved filters will appear.

    • Click the desired filter name, and it will be applied to your audit results.
