Adding People to Brellium
Adding managers, team members, providers, and other people associated within your clinic allows you to leverage Brellium's email feature, as well as helps you keep track of those who use Brellium. Adding people to Brellium allows you to send automated and instant emails to them with feedback on each of their audits, all while being highly customizable.
How to Add People into Brellium
On left side menu, click Control Center → People
Click "Add People"
You can now choose being manually inputting information, or you can upload a csv file to automatically populate the information.
Here, you can set the first name, last name, email, account status, and permission sets. Permission sets can be applied to people's profiles to determine what they can and cannot access in Brellium.
For example, you may want admin profiles to be able to see and edit everything, from reviewing all audits to sending and viewing emails. However, you may not want regular employees to access these, and only be able to access their own session notes for review.
Once you have set the relevant permissions, the final step is changing the Account Status from "Disabled" to "Send Invite". Select this and hit "Save".
The employees you have added will receive email invitations to access Brellium and will be able to activate their accounts from there.
