Linking people in Brellium is important to utilize some core functionalities, such as making sure that providers and BCBAs are able to receive your emails, as well as making sure that each audit is tied to a profile.
Linking people should be done once people from your organization have been added in Brellium. For a guide on how to do that, please refer here. Once people are added in Brellium, the next step of linking people can begin.
How to link people:
On the left side menu, select Organization —> People
Once on the People page, select “Link People”, and a table option will open.
Names found in recent audits and suggested people profiles will populate. Farthest to the right, there are three action options. The actions are: Confirm Alias, Undo, and Manually Create a New Person.
If the audit name and suggested person match, select the green checkmark to confirm the alias.
If the audit name and suggested person do not match, select the plus symbol to manually create a new profile. This will ask for their first name, last name, email, and permissions type.
If the audit name is incorrectly linked to the suggested person, select the undo symbol to unlink the two.
To view all of the aliases that have been confirmed for a given person, go into “People”, then select actions for a specific person. From there, select “View”. The page will show you the basic details of the profile and any linked aliases. It also allows you to link or unlink the aliases, as an alternative to using the “Link People” option.
