Importance of Submitting Feedback:
As a part of your Brellium program experience, we will complete an initial review of your audits, called a Backlog Review. After Brellium aligns with you on your audit criteria, we look at a subset of your session notes to perform the backlog. We do this to ensure the criteria is accurately auditing your note to meet your clinical requirements.
After Brellium reviews the initial backlog with you, we encourage you to directly submit feedback on your audited notes through our platform. This way, Brellium can collaborate with you on optimizing the criteria.
How to Submit Feedback:
1. View your audit
2. Identify the Criteria you want to leave feedback on
3. Click the Comment Section
4. Write your feedback & Press submit
Ensure you select a Sentiment
If writing specific feedback for how to improve the criteria, ensure you write the following:
What is the issue with the criteria
Why you believe there is an issue with the criteria
i.e. This criteria should have passed in this note because the note did in fact mention a reference to PDMP
5. Inform your Customer Success Manager when you submit your feedback
What Happens Next?
When your feedback is submitted, your Customer Success Manager will review the feedback through Brellium's internal review process to determine the viability of any adjustments. Brellium will get in touch with any questions or further context needed to make the appropriate changes.
After feedback has been implemented, a feedback report will be generated at the customer's request or with discretion of your Customer Success Manager.
