Question Studio

Brellium's question studio is where you will be working with us to determine the billing and clinical requirements that our AI will be screening for. Based on our experience with leading healthcare clinics across multiple specialties, we will work with you to come up with a list of questions that work for you.

By default, each of the questions on the list will hold an equal weight. For example, if there are 11 questions in a question set, each one will be worth 9.09%. You can see the weight of each question by hovering over the severity level. In the example below, the mouse is hovering above "Normal".

Once the score falls under a certain threshold, the chart/session note will be considered failed. By default, the initial threshold is 80%.

How to customize your audit thresholds

Once your questions are set up, you will be able to customize your audit thresholds.

First, navigate to the top bar of the question studio:

  1. Select your relevant question set

    1. On the left hand side, select the question set that you are adjusting the threshold for.

  2. Select "Edit Question Set"

    1. This window should appear. As you can see, we have the default threshold of 80%, with the audit flag being indicating that the chart/note failed the audit.

  3. Based on your preferences, you can adjust this threshold. For example, if you want at least 85%, you can change 80 -> 85. You can change the audit flag associated with each threshold, or add a new audit flag by clicking "Manage Audit Flags" and assigning it to the respective threshold.

  4. To add a new threshold, simply click "Add Threshold"

    1. By default, there will be a threshold of 0% and no audit flag assigned. You can set your own threshold and associated flag here. You can change the audit flag associated with each threshold, or add a new audit flag by clicking "Manage Audit Flags" and assigning it to the respective threshold.

    2. For example, you can set it to 85% and add a new flag, "Amendment Needed".

  5. Once you've set these flags up, any chart/note associated with your threshold will have your custom audit flag noted in "Audit Results".
